In this video review, I talk about the new Blumhouse horror thriller Nocturne and why I think it’s an average movie with a great performance from Sydney Sweeney. The film takes almost too much inspiration from films like Black Swan and Whiplash. I would have liked to see this film pay homage to these films rather than try to be one of them. See all of my thoughts in the video movie review below.

Plot Synopsis

Nocturne‘s plot synopsis: “Inside the halls of an elite arts academy, a timid music student begins to outshine her more accomplished and outgoing twin sister when she discovers a mysterious notebook belonging to a recently deceased classmate.” Watch Nocturne Review.
